A picture perfect backdrop for a relaxed, easy dive or snorkel. Beautiful, clear turquoise water with steep cliffs towering behind create the atmosphere at this sheltered spot only accessible by boat because of the steep cliffs stretching for at least half a kilometer on either side and no beach. Halfway is normally very calm with good visibility, about 30 m (100 ft); sometimes a slight current is present. The white sand bottom is home to a variety of shallow reef life including stingrays, frogfish, garden eels and the occasional sea-horse. Swim over the sandy plateau to the reef, about two minutes and drop down to the wall, which starts at 9 m (30 ft). The wall here has excellent coral coverage with lots of reef-life. Look for spotted morays, lobsters, porcupinefish, parrotfish and soldierfish.
